INNOVATION CLASSES

A successful company cultivates two types of innovation competencies; competent idea generators and competent innovation managers. We provide training classes on both tracks. We develop the capabilities of idea generators by offering courses in ideation methods, digital ideation, biomimetics and TRIZ. We also train managers on topics ranging from setting up new innovation programs and open innovation practices to dealing with creative people and managing return-on-innovation.
